Alexandria Chris Streich is the founder of Streich Law Offices, P.C. Her practice focuses on advanced asset protection planning techniques for individuals, professionals, and small businesses. Ms. Streich’s education includes a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Davis and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Idaho. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Wealth Counsel.
As the former District Attorney for Curry County, she made her mark as a respected and tenacious prosecutor by successfully trying hundreds of cases involving all manner of crimes (from petty theft to aggravated murder).
Her prior experience as District Attorney allowed her to gain insight into the abuse of the elderly, scams, and identity theft, and how such abuse can be prevented through proper planning. She uses her knowledge of the legal system and the predatory mind to help others avoid the publicity and delays of the court system and to deter frivolous lawsuits through asset protection planning. Her extensive knowledge of advanced planning techniques helps her clients build solid business entities as well as estate and long-term care plans. Ms. Streich also assists the elderly with guardianships, conservatorships, Medicaid planning, elder abuse issues, end-of-life planning, and represents fiduciaries in estate and trust administrations.
